PALADIN ADULT HOME CARE LLC is a private  For-Profit organization that will provide Congregate Residential Waiver Services for individuals who have a primary developmental disability. We believe that providing support for individuals in a community based residential environment will  help to encourage and build an individual’s ability to become more independent.   

This service shall include learning and supports that will help each individual to complete a variety of daily living skills. Individuals are given opportunities to make informed choices, about their personal interest, community activities, and community resources, which we believe will assist in the development of their life skills and personal growth. Each individual’s talents will be identified during the individual assessment along with the development of their Individualized Person-Centered Plan, which will reflect their individual activities and supports of interest.
